4. Courses, Certifications, and Content
All course materials, lessons, exams, certificates, branding, and content on this website are owned by International AI Academy or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access purchased course content for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly broadcast, or use our content to train AI systems without prior written permission.
5. Payments
Course prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged as a one-time payment unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card details. All purchases are final once course content has been accessed, except as required by applicable consumer-protection law.
6. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. International AI Academy operates a strict no-refund policy. By completing checkout you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and waive any statutory right of withdrawal where waivable. Full details are available on our Refund Policy page.
7. Certifications
Certificates issued by International AI Academy verify that you completed a specific course and passed its associated exam at a given point in time. Certificates do not constitute professional licensure, employment qualification, or accreditation by any government body. We reserve the right to revoke a certificate if it was obtained through fraud, cheating, or violation of these Terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) share account access; (b) cheat, plagiarize, or use unauthorized assistance during exams; (c) attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform; (d) upload malicious code; (e) use the service for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
9. Disclaimers
The website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that course content will lead to specific career outcomes, employment, or income. AI is a fast-moving field; while we update our curriculum regularly, we do not warrant that all content reflects the most current state of the art at every moment.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, International AI Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
