Refund Policy
All course and certification purchases at International AI Academy are final. Please review this policy carefully before buying.

1. All Sales Are Final
International AI Academy operates a strict no-refund policy. All purchases of courses, certifications, exam fees, and related digital products are final at the moment of payment. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, partial refund, credit, or exchange — except where this is explicitly required by mandatory consumer-protection law applicable to you.
2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Our courses are digital products that grant immediate, unrestricted access to the full curriculum, downloadable materials, lessons, and certification exams. Once access is provisioned to your account, the value has been delivered in full and the content cannot be “returned.” Pricing reflects this no-refund model.
3. Express Waiver of the Withdrawal Right (EU/UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, you expressly request that we begin providing the digital content immediately upon purchase, and you acknowledge that by doing so you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as access to the course has been granted. You confirm this waiver by completing checkout.
4. No Refunds For
We do not refund, in whole or in part, for any of the following reasons:
• change of mind, lack of time, or no longer needing the course;
• failing or not attempting the certification exam;
• not completing the course or not accessing it after purchase;
• dissatisfaction with the level, pacing, or format of the content;
• loss of access caused by account termination for breach of our Terms and Conditions (including cheating, sharing accounts, or scraping);
• exchange-rate, banking, or local tax differences;
• duplicate purchases caused by the buyer;
• inability to use the course due to incompatible personal devices or unstable internet connection on the buyer's side.

5. Technical Issues
If a verifiable technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing a course you have paid for and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, we may, at our sole discretion, grant store credit, an alternative course of equal value, or — only where strictly required — a refund. 6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these terms. We document course access and activity and will contest fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks with full evidence. Accounts associated with abusive chargebacks may be permanently suspended and certificates revoked.
7. Certificates Are Non-Refundable
Once a certificate has been issued, the related fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. Certificates revoked due to fraud, exam misconduct, or breach of our Terms do not entitle the holder to a refund.
8. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory consumer right that applies to you under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Where such a right applies and cannot be waived, this policy will be interpreted in a manner consistent with that right and only to the extent strictly required.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
