Purchase information: billing details and order history (full payment-card data is processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers).

We retain account and learning data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide certificate verification. Records required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance are retained for the period required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your account at any time, subject to those legal retention requirements.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we work to address vulnerabilities promptly.

Your information may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect personal data transferred internationally.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain uses.
